Application for any special use permit as provided in this chapter shall be made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment through the Zoning Officer or the Building Inspector. The following procedures shall apply:
(1) The Secretary of the Board of Adjustment shall refer the matter to the Secretary of the Planning Board within one week after the receipt of such plans for the purpose of obtaining a report thereon as to the effect of the same upon the planning and development of the Township.
(2) In approving any such application for a special use permit, the Zoning Board of Adjustment may impose any conditions it deems necessary to accomplish the reasonable applications of applicable standards as provided in §§
370-78 through
370-88 and may deny any such application, but only in accordance with such standards.
(3) In the event that the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment does not correspond with the recommendation of the Planning Board, the question shall be resolved by the Township Council, in accordance with the procedure outlined in N.J.S.A. 40:55-1.13.
(4) The fee for a special use permit shall be as provided in §
150-5D of the Code of the Township of Willingboro.
