A zoning permit shall be required to be obtained from the Township of Willingboro prior to installation of any accessory structure.

A zoning inspection shall be conducted to insure compliance with the yard requirements of § 370-7 of this chapter after the accessory use has been erected.

A written notice of violation shall be given to the owner of the property of any violations of the above subsections of this subsection. The owner shall be served by personal service or first-class mail. The owner shall have five days from the date of the written notice to comply with all the requirements that are in violation. Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall subject the owner to the penalties contained in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Township of Willingboro, with the minimum fine not less than $50. Each day shall constitute a separate violation for each subsection of this subsection in violation.
